Money alone is no longer the key to attracting or retaining kiwi workers. “In New Zealand we’ve always taken quite a traditional perspective and thought if we throw more money at something it will solve the problem and it no longer does,” the director of dsd Consulting, Susan Doughty told Business to Business.
