Recently I received a couple of questions from a reader who was in a difficult dilemma. This Trustee was faced with the problem of having purchased a property on behalf of the Trust a couple of years ago, borrowing money to buy the property with a current interest rate on the existing loan of 10.25% p.a. Due to current prevailing economic conditions, the property had decreased in value.
