Te Atatu company BarterZone is giving one person the chance to win $100,000 BarterZone dollars.
“There are so many mums and dads in the community who have been missing out on the opportunities that bartering has to offer,” BarterZone CEO Patrick Howard said.
“When we looked at it, we realised that we were able to offer everyday New Zealanders the opportunity to buy and sell using the cashless system normally only enjoyed by businesses.”
In launching the new brand, Mr Howard said, “BarterZone is now offering businesses and individuals the opportunity to trade with each other.
Individuals will be able to ‘shop’ at participating businesses and use their BarterZone trade dollar credits instead of dipping into their hard earned money.”
Howard also said that he wanted to ensure that anyone could join BarterZone, and in launching the new brand he is offering $100,000 BarterZone Trade Dollars to one lucky member.
“All that’s required to be eligible for the $100,000 BarterZone Trade Dollar draw is to join by the end of November and refer as many of your family and friends to join.
Each time someone is referred and they join, the person making the referral will be entered in the draw for the $100,000 BarterZone dollars.” Howard added.
BarterZone has over 1000 participating members including cafes, restaurants, dentists, automotive services; so there is something for everyone.
