Sally Mabelle - Inspirational Speaker of the Year

Auckland resident Sally Mabelle has recently been voted The NSANZ (National Speakers’ Association of New Zealand) Inspirational Speaker of the Year 2011.

NSANZ is the association for professional speakers and those who aspire to speak professionally.

Sally says she is honoured to receive the award especially considering the very high quality of professional speakers in New Zealand.

The Inspirational Speaker of the Year award is presented to a speaker who best demonstrates the ability to deliver content and present their message with passion to inspire people to action and touch the audience emotionally.

With an eclectic background including everything from busking in the subways of Paris and singing in Bengali to concert audiences in Calcutta, to delivering executive effectiveness courses to bank presidents in Philadelphia, Sally drew on her diverse range of experiences to captivate judges and the audience.

Serving as the Auckland Chapter President of the National Speakers’ Association for the past two years, Sally has recently been elected to serve as their National President.

Passionate about creating a culture of interpersonal excellence, trust, and collaboration, she currently runs workshops on ‘Interpersonal Excellence’ and ‘Giving Dynamic and Engaging Presentations’.

In addition Sally works in-house with businesses, teaches at The University of Auckland, and runs courses in association with AUT Centre for Innovative Leadership.
