Business process specialist appoints key staff

Promapp Solutions has appointed three new staff members in the key roles of consultancy, quality assurance, and marketing.

The company provides a web based application to create, navigate and improve business processes.

New principal consultant, Thomas Kohlenbach, will be responsible for managing project implementations and relationships with clients.

Promapp director, Ivan Seselj, says he is thrilled to have Tomas on board.

“With his consultancy skills and experience, Thomas will prove to be a great asset to the Promapp team. We immensely value our client relationships and Thomas is looking forward to strengthening them further.”

Thomas comes to Promapp after five years as project portfolio co-ordinator and Kaizen champion at Toyota Finance New Zealand, where his responsibilities included maintaining TFNZ’s project management framework according to TFS Global best practice, and analysing all proposed projects relative to TFNZ’s strategic direction.

He has worked globally in a range of consultancy and supervisory roles, and holds a business degree with focus on business management and economics.

Appointed quality assurance analyst, Priyanka Ray will assure the quality of the Promapp application through application testing, and provide support and trouble-shooting for clients.

Priyanka has worked as a senior software tester/ business analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions in the USA and India, and a senior software tester at Capgemini in the UK.    

Promapp has also appointed Sarah Taverna as Marketing Manager, to develop and maintain marketing strategies.

Sarah’s background includes four years as brand manager for Genesis Energy and as marketing manager with Bond & Bond and Noel Leeming. In her marketing roles she has successfully developed and managed brand and marketing campaigns.

The appointments were necessitated by recent growth that has seen Promapp included in the 2010 New Zealand Deloitte Fast 50 and the 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific.
